General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

 

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Zimmermann Wein GmbH online shop on www.kellerkatze.ch .

By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The products and prices offered in the online shop are considered non-binding offers.A contract is only concluded with the dispatch of an order confirmation by e-mail.

We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

 

3. Protection of minors

Alcohol is only sold to persons over 16 years of age (for wine) or over 18 years of age (for spirits). By placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the legally required minimum age.

 

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in CHF and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.

We currently only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is usually made within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment.Shipping partner: Swiss Post or selected courier services.

If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

 

6. Payment

The following payment options are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Shopify Payments

Payment must be made in full before shipment.

 

 

 

7. Returns and Revocation

Returns are only possible in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods if you are not satisfied with your order.

Opened or damaged bottles are excluded from exchange.

 

8. Warranty

We carefully check our wines before shipping. However, if defects occur, please contact us immediately.

No liability can be assumed for cork defects, as this is a natural product defect.

 

9. Liability

Zimmermann Wein GmbH is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages.

 

10. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our @Datenschutzerklärung.
Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties – except for order processing (e.g. shipping service providers).

 

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, unless otherwise prescribed by law.
